ABOUT
Sari-Sari: The Marketplace of Ideas is a 4-day event organized by the De La Salle University-Dasmariñas Junior Marketing Association (DLSU-D JMA) to celebrate the creativity of young Marketers while breaking down the complex world of modern marketing into bite-sized and accessible strategies. This event aims to understand the Filipino consumer, proving that to truly penetrate a market, you have to prioritize the people who live in it. The event will delve into the unique psychology, habits, and culture of the Filipino Market to capture the hearts of our kababayans.

Pabili Po!
DESCRIPTION
This year’s Marketing Week kicks off with Pabili Po!: The Marketistas’ Marketplace on September 21, 2026 at the CBAA Lobby. Students can drop by to grab free treats, including classic pinoy snacks and academic stickers, or take part in traditional Pinoy games and fun local gimmicks. You can also explore Pop-up booths featuring our very own CBAA student entrepreneurs, showcasing their products and brands through marketing but without selling. Every Marketing student who visits the DLSU-D JMA booth will receive a stub. Attend at least two seminars from the Sari-Sari: The Marketplace of Ideas event roster to qualify for the raffle. Winners will be announced on the final day of Marketing Week, September 25.

PITCH it Up!
DESCRIPTION
On the second day of Marketing Week, September 22, a competition will be held at the CEAT Exhibit Hall entitled PITCH it Up: Marketing Filipino Pride!. Attendees will register name and will be given a raffle stab entry. Empowering Filipino products, they will undergo a team-based competition where they will play games and prepare for a local product pitch. Performances will be judged and winners will be awarded based on their creativity and presentation. There will be a 2nd runner up, 1st runner up, and the Champion.

BARiSTART!
DESCRIPTION
On the third day of this weeklong event, September 24, 2026, there will be a barista seminar and workshop entitled Baristart: Where Passion Pours into Art, that will run from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the CEAT Exhibit Hall. This session introduces students to café entrepreneurship, branding, and customer experience through the lens of local businesses. Inspired by the community-centered nature of the Filipino sari-sari store, the event demonstrates how local cafés build customer loyalty, craft meaningful brand experiences, and contribute to their communities.

TATAK MO, TAGUMPAY MO!
DESCRIPTION
On September 25, a seminar entitled Tatak mo, Tagumpay mo: Where Culture Builds Identity will explore how personal branding and Filipino consumer culture have importance in today’s competitive market. It will be held at the Tanghalang Julian Felipe, from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM. It will discuss how to build a strong and authentic brand identity that can help to create opportunities for career and personal growth. It will also discuss how Filipino culture can influence their marketing strategies and how modern Filipino entrepreneurs can incorporate these values to remain in a competitive industry. Participants will gain valuable insights into how powerful it is to combine personal brand identity and Filipino. The organization will be inviting an influencer to give a talk for Marketing Students.
